What data we process and why
- Business communication. When you write to velkoobchod@sunnysoft.cz, we process your name, company, e-mail, phone number and the content of your message. The purpose is to reply to you, negotiate cooperation and perform the contract. The legal basis is the negotiation and performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR); for contact persons of our partners, our legitimate interest in business communication (Article 6(1)(f)). We keep the data for the duration of the negotiation and the cooperation; accounting and tax documents for the period required by accounting and tax law.
- Warranty claims and service (RMA). When you handle a warranty claim through RMA@sunnysoft.cz, we process the partner’s identification, the contact person, serial numbers and a description of the fault. The purpose is to settle the claim. The legal basis is the performance of a contract and of our legal obligations. We keep the data for the duration of the claim and then for the warranty and limitation periods.
- Job applicants. When you reply to a job advertisement in the Careers section, we process your CV, contact details and what you write to us. The legal basis is the negotiation of an employment contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep the data until the selection process ends; longer only with your consent.
- Visiting the website. Each time a page loads, the server briefly stores technical records (IP address, time, browser type) so that the website works and stays secure. The legal basis is our legitimate interest. We turn on traffic measurement in Google Analytics only with your consent on the cookie bar, see the Cookie Policy.
Who we share data with
Providers that host the website and our e-mail for us. If you consent to analytics, also Google Ireland Limited, which may transfer data to the USA under the European Commission’s adequacy decision on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We do not sell data and do not pass it on to anyone else unless the law requires it.
Automated decision-making
We carry out no automated decision-making or profiling.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interest and withdraw any consent you have given us at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it. Write to velkoobchod@sunnysoft.cz and we will reply within one month. You may lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, www.uoou.gov.cz.
